 Hi parents,

We had a pretty good day today. 

We revisited the concept of place value in math, and the students did some place value worksheets. We talked about place value into the millions, and the patterns we noticed. 

We talked about Wish Tree, and the students wrote in their journals about their own wishes. 

We had a fire drill and the class did awesome. 

In the afternoon, we played a few different literacy games, that will later be available to students as part of Daily 5. 

We participated in a virtual read-aloud from the CBE superintendent and literacy team.

We ended our day by reading a few more chapters of Wish Tree.
