Hi parents,

Today was a great day for our class all around! Yesterday we did a lot of painting, and it was a bit of a crazy day. I had to leave right after school so I didn't get a chance to write a blog, and I didn't feel like anyone needed to hear me complain about all the paint that had to be cleaned off the tables anyway. :)

Today the students worked on their weekly math problems in the morning, and then they wrote letters, to you, talking about what work they want to you to see at parent teacher conferences. If you haven't signed up yet, I highly recommend it! I have nothing but good things to say this year.

Our class got to visit the book fair today, too, which is better than ever this year. They had a good time writing down all the books they want to buy. Hopefully they've been saving up. 

In the afternoon, we had Daily 5, Music, and a very thorough, very quiet, classroom cleanup. :)
